Remote Address 的定義是：最後一個來源的IP 位址，它來自於TCP 協定的的來源IP，無法透過HTTP Header 的方式修改，在不考慮被應用程式修改的前提下，這個值是可信任的。

如果透過PHP 的$_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] 抓取 ... 透過proxy 時，會多帶一個 X-Forwarded-For 的header，表達是為哪個IP 做forward 的動作，所以需要看這個header 來決定。
